Antler Ambassadors

     Antler Ambassadors is a volunteer program for fifth grade students. The program offers students an opportunity to experience a leadership role at Rose Union Elementary. Ambassadors are expected to be role models of appropriate and respectful behavior for their peers as well as the younger students. Each Ambassador acts a greeter and lunchroom helper for grades 1 and 2. On their designated day for duty, they greet our community with a warm and friendly smile. Later in the day they help out the younger students in the lunchroom as well as providing an extra pair of hands to the duty teacher. Ambassadors help out our school community by raising and lowering our flags each day, running messages for the office at the end of each day and leading our morning Rose Union Rendezvous. The program promotes leadership, effective communication, and develops the values of trustworthiness, respect, responsibility, caring and citizenship.
