Noel
Third Grade
My name is Sydney Noel, and I am
excited that this is my 4th year teaching school in
the Deer Creek District! I am currently in my third
year of teaching 3rd grade, but have also
taught Kindergarten and Pre-K. I grew up in Tulsa,
where most of my family still lives, so I still
visit often. I graduated and received my degree in
early childhood education at Northeastern State
University and Oklahoma State University, Go
Pokes!!
I have always wanted to be a teacher
because I love investing in the lives of others,
especially the kiddos in my classroom. My mission
is to help children enjoy their learning
experience. I want them to be happy and excited
about school each day. I want learning to be
meaningful to my students as I foster a positive
environment. They will feel special and loved for
their individuality and uniqueness. I will
encourage them to do the best that they can and to
be the best that they can be each day. I encourage
challenges and success in the classroom. I am
always here to help!
My favorite things to do include,
spending time with family and friends, anything
outdoors, sports, listening to music, watching
movies, hanging out with my dog, Timber (The cutest
Siberian Husky ever!) and my husband Chad. I love
spending time with my students each day too. My
husband and I will be married a year on November 3rd
of this year! He is a big OU fan and I am a big OSU
fan. We have learned to love each other in spite of
this fact.

I am looking forward to getting to
know you and your kids this year. It will be a
great year in 3rd grade!
