I am a native of Oklahoma City.  I have my Bachelor's Degree and Master's Degree from Oklahoma State University.  I worked as a SoonerStart Resource Coordinator for seven years before I became a teacher of students with special needs.  I have been with Deer Creek since 2002.   I was among the original staff who opened Rose Union.

I am married and have three teenage daughters: Elizabeth graduated from Deer Creek High School in 2010, Abby is a sophomore, and Kate is in 8^th grade. I am a marathon runner, and I am pursuing National Board certification this year. In my spare time (what's that?) I enjoy reading, spending time with my family, and church activities.
