Sherri Verble
Math Specialist-Gifted/Talented

Mrs. Verble has been a teacher within the Deer Creek School district since 2002.  Before becoming a part of the Rose Union staff she spent four years at Deer Creek Elementary teaching fifth grade.  Here at Rose Union she has taught fifth grade and is currently serving as the gifted and talented instructor as well as the math specialist.  Prior to coming to Deer Creek, Mrs. Verble’s teaching experience was with the Edmond Public School system where she was able to teach students in grades Pre K through seventh grade math and pre algebra.  She is a graduate of Northwestern Oklahoma State University and has a Masters degree in School Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.

Mrs. Verble has three children who are all a part of DC schools.  Chace is a senior at DCHS, loves to play the electric bass guitar and has recently taken a liking to drama. Cole is a freshman who also plays the electric bass guitar and enjoys playing all sports especially football and track. Chyann is a 6^th grader and plays basketball and softball.  They are usually busy with sports, music and drama most of the time.

Whenever she gets the chance Mrs. Verble enjoys movies, shopping, eating out, and watching HGTV and the Food Network.  She and her family enjoy attending and/or watching DC and OU sporting events.  They also keep busy with church, family and friends.  Deer Creek is a wonderful community with lots of caring loving people and they enjoy living here and being a part of the best school district in the state.
