Stacey Wilks

My name is Stacey Wilks and I am so excited about the upcoming year. Not only do I get to be involved with your child's first school experience, we all get to experience a brand new school together!

This is my second year in the Deer Creek School District and I anticipate that it will be even better than last year. I am a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Early Childhood. I taught preschool my 1st few years after college and then I married my sweetheart, Eric. We have two beautiful boys, Nate will be entering middle school this year (yikes!) and Matthew will be a 2nd grader here at Rose Union. I had the wonderful privilege of being a stay-at-home Mom with my boys until God interrupted with a terrific opportunity to re-enter the field of teaching. This will be my 3rd year back in the classroom. I didn't realize how much I had missed teaching until I dove back in.

In addition to teaching school, I teach/volunteer at our church, and I really enjoy scrapbooking. We are going to have an awesome time getting to know each other this year!
